The participants sleep at home and attend the workshop during Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday afternoon. Some meals are served and there is a small cost to cover books and expenses. This workshop is for women only. Professional Counseling Up to 6 private sessions with a licensed professional counselor are free of charge. Counseling is available for men and women who have lost a child or children to abortion. Peer-Counseling Enables the participant to visit with someone who has also experienced the trauma of an abortion. These peer counselors have been through a "Mourning to Joy" program and additional training to guide the participant toward healing.
